Being connected to nature on the island, being more with yourself through meditation, feeling your body through yoga,
can make you experience to get closer to yourself, which can give you tremendous energy and joy.
Or an emotion will appear that needs attention at that moment.
If during this week you feel the need to share your experiences in a personal conversation, or need support,
then there is space for this.
During the week it is also possible to have individual treatments.
The treatments will give you relaxation, rest, feeling more comfortable, feeling more balance in body and mind.
You will experience the treatments in or around the house, in a place that feels good for you.
