3 or 5 yoga classes are included in the program. These are given by a local yoga teacher.
The movements are simple, effective and adapted to the needs of the participants.

If you have no or just a lot of experience, everyone can participate.

Yoga provides relaxation in body and mind.

The lessons are given in the garden, with in the background the sound of birds, the wind and the ocean.

This, together with the warmth of the sun, will bring relaxation in the head and body.
